🤖 Anthropic is taking Claude into the lab. Anthropic has quietly built a wet lab in the Bay Area as it moves beyond software and into physical biology experiments. Life sciences chief Eric Kauderer-Abrams says the company is exploring how Claude could direct laboratory robots: “We’re in the very early innings of using AI to automate the execution of lab work.” Anthropic says the lab isn’t specifically for drug discovery, but declined to say what else it’s researching.
